Welcome to alpha version 2.3!
A lot has changed since the 2.2 version of this game. It has been a long while since the previous update to this game, But this is a big update that really set the direction I want to take the game. I have decided to change the game around quite a bit to be more of a puzzle platformer than just a platformer with a weird gimmick. Hopefully this update is worth the wait. Here is a list of the brand new features and elements you will meet in this version of the game.
New content:
- 5 brand new puzzle levels
- A brand new world theme (Spacestation)
- Buttons
- Boxes
- Box pickup
- No player passes (Special doors that only allows the boxes to pass when closed)
- No object passes (Special doors that only allows the player to pass when closed)
- Camera zoom
Buttons and door
In this picture you can see the brand new door and button system. Doors require a certain amount of buttons to be opened. This is indicated through the wires below the door these lead straight to buttons to indicate which button opens which door. In this case you need three boxes to keep all three buttons pressed for the door to be opened.
The same goes for the yellow and blue doors as well. The difference between these two doors and a regular door is that certain objects can pass through them even when they are closed. The blue door allows the player to pass through, meanwhile boxes cannot pass through it. It is the other way around for the yellow door.
